Welcome to the 2024 Summer Swim Team Season! The Neuse Neptunes are part of the Southern Metro League and will be participating in the Thursday meets in June and July. Participants must be able to swim the length of the pool but will be taught strokes and technique.

There will be an informational table at the Open House on Saturday, May 11 12-4pm.

Parent Meeting and first practice will be Tuesday, May 28.  Parent meeting at 6pm. 10 and under will practice after the parent meeting until 6:50.  11 and up will practice 7-8pm.
